It was a joy to work with the beautiful photographs by Philipp Horak portraying every single member of the dance studio “Ich bin O.K.” - an inclusive dance company, founded over 40 years ago, a vivid and cheerful community. Many supporters enabled the production of this book with the crowdfunding platform respekt.net. The soft materials as well as the agile positioning of the images reflect the delicate movements and sensitive souls represented in this book.
The book’s preface was written by the current president of Austria, Alexander Van der Bellen. Several well-known writers and journalists supported this project with stories and interviews about the company. It was our aim to create a joyful and light-hearted atmosphere that resembles the company’s working spirit.
